Had to disband 4 quests (that possibly lead to more quests) in Glenumbra

and none of the ones I had bugged are being fixed in the patch notes, so apparently there were even more ;'(
Luckily I still got out of that zone as a level 17 so I was "ok" in Stormhaven.
I really wanted to see how those quests ended though ;'(

Jabber✭✭Think I only ended up with 3 bugged quests. Going to head back there today when the servers come back up and see if they were fixed

Oogaci✭✭✭Glenumbra has a number of quests and other misc. interactables that are fine for several hours after the server first comes up. But for whatever reason after an extended period of time those things begin to bug out and become less and less interactive as time slips by.
My advice is to go straight to those quests when the server comes up and complete them while you can... until the next time the server goes down.
