Really needs to be looked at. 28m range, can't be blocked and can't be dodged, does dmg when it ends.There is also a small delay before before breaking it. You could time it with a meteor, frag, and curse for an instant 20k+ dmg while you're opponent can't do jack because there is no way to counter this CC.

If this game had didicated timers on hard CCs with a cc break on its own CD. You might have an argument.2 -

✭✭✭i will say I dont necessarily think this change was balanced while it did bring it in line with cc like fossilize, both are questionable in terms of balance
I say this as a sorc who has been using rc since before summerset, there really nothing that wrong with the old version
that being said it is no more or less broken then some of the other cc's in game, fossilize being the king of this0 -

My feelings have been CC break be GCD less. That way it's still skill based and you don't get
