Neutral Faction

Can we add a neutral faction to the alliance war? Not every single person is dedicated to any alliance, or even has strong feelings about who wins or loses. Just like with all other wars, there are always a large portion of people who really could care less about the entire thing, and continue moving about inside the warzones, and are generally left alone, because they pose no threat. So, could we add a faction, a declaration, to be neutral? Allowed to wander wherever we want, do whatever, but PVP is completely turned off on our character?

I guess I have always been more of a 'parent' type of person, always wanting the next person to not have to fight the same battles I did.2 -

✭✭✭✭✭You do not have to be dedicated to a faction as it is, just a character has to be dedicated.
As for RL wars and some that could care less, that is irrelevant. This is a game and the mechanics state a character will be tied to an alliance for the sake of AvA. Basically, our characters care about this war.0 -

Granted with mechanics like this they'd be targeted by guards in zones outside cyrodiil and the only safe place for them IS cyrodiil
