Just to give an idea on how bad the pricing is for us on console.

The outpost trader (the dude in the map, not in the city) in stormhaven was won last week with a 500k bid and lost this week with a 332k bid.
"The red pill and its opposite, the blue pill, are a popular cultural meme, a metaphor representing the choice between:

Knowledge, freedom, uncertainty and the brutal truths of reality (red pill)
Security, happiness, beauty, and the blissful ignorance of illusion (blue pill)"

Insight to Agree to Awesome Ratio = 1:6.04:2.76 as of 1/25/2019

Compared to people that I've ignored = I am 18% more insightful, 20% less agreeable, and 88% more awesome.

Very similar story of a guild I know that gets a solo trader in a popular zone on ps4 na. There's a lot of gold in the game right now and people like spending that on getting traders. I've lost a few bids myself that were just mind blowing. Just remember this..the GMs who over spend on traders and don't budget their funds correctly, won't always be competition

As said in another thread, the same people control most if not all of the biggest trading guilds. Buying out all competition isn't a big deal for them. They sit on a mountain of gold. Global auction house please.

On PS4 EU, we were outbid in Windhelm at 600k last week. They were going for 400k for a good year or 2. No real gold sinks so members have more gold and giving more to guilds. It's crazy. One guild bid 20m on a Mournhold trader. Htf do you compete with that? You can't. Get a drink and just sit back and watch the prices go crazy.

The entire guild trader thing was a huge screw up by ZOS and they refuse to even look at the issues.

Not really. That may hold true for cities, but the 2nd tier traders are still being taken up by the same independent traders. We're not affiliated with anyone, yet we're bidding over the odds compared to the usual prices of a year or two ago. The last time they were near these levels was before housing. Housing helped a lot. The lack of gold sinks is the real issue outside of cities.
