In a few words why this and many others threads started and didn't ended still - Durok's have 1 sec cooldown and duration of debuff is 10 seconds.
Its insanely absurd and should be adjusted for at least 5 sec cooldown at target (or in global), with duration of debuff also 5 seconds to make it usefull but not ruining gameplay

@ZOS_JessicaFolsom, @ZOs_GinaBruno, @ZOS_Wrobel do u read this at all? we discussing this set for a century and here was said and argued everything about. What proofs or actions u need from us to do it at least?

major defile on its own isn't so bad, but refreshing every 1 sec one without any efforts or resourses, with 10 seconds duration Major Defile is a problem.
