just wondering if anyone has put lich on frontbar with 3 jew and a staff...i know its not going to be meta just wondering if anyones tried it

Most people actually use willpower front bar now, BiS for people that use a proc back bar like lich.3 -

✭If your mag sorc isn't a healer but pure dd, I'd recommend Necropotence 5 pcs. + Netch's Touch 5 pcs. + 2 pcs. Grothdarr. With an Altmer and 50k magicka pool, killing with lightning staff + all shock aoe abilities, the toon has plenty of magicka and don't need a magicka regen set.PC EU (PL): 14 characters.
