I am fairly new to the game and one of my favorite features in ESO is the various crafting hirelings and their stories that they share in their deliveries to us. Personally, I think it would be really cool if we could interact with our hirelings a bit more. Like maybe every once in a while when they get into trouble we could get a quest to go and save them or help them out with something. Similar to the homesteading quests in Skyrim where the bandits would kidnap your spouse and you would need to go and rescue them.
