Maintenance broke research

So I get back on after this unscheduled maintenance and one of my toons has finished a jewelry research slot. So I click to to research another one and it tells me "Already researching trait line".

This is the same bug we got maybe 2 years ago under similar circumstances.

Does ZOS not learn from their mistakes?

This is happening to me too. It looks like I have a free slot but I don't. Sometimes when I log out and back in, it fixes itself but not always. It's really starting to annoy me.

Will it work when the timer is done or be stuck at infinite research? I can't check atm but I got something that will be done tonight (hopefully).

Same problem here. The game is showing me I have a research slot free but if I go on and try researching something it says "Already researching trait line". Logoffs didn't help.
EDIT: Ok, so actually I really WAS already researching the traitline I was planning to research, but it was not shown. Now it reappeared, therefor another trait I am currently researching went missing, resulting in yet another "free" slot of research. Nice.

So, it's been happening since before the maintenance. On my characters, it pops in and out of working and not working. Someones /reloadui helps, sometimes it does not. Your stuff is still researching, it just looks like it isn't. If you try to research the same trait that appears missing, it tells you that it's already researching it.
