Psijic passive: Spell Orb question

Anyone have any insight into how it deals damage? You build up 5 charges. Do all 5 orbs hit the enemy or is it just 1 orb that does damage?

    One hit every five casts of a psijic skill.

    Same as power rangers transform into giant robot: small orbs combining into huge orb that targeting enemy.

    Is this passive pretty useless and a waste of skill points ?

    Did you actually hover over the tooltip? It's right there if you have the line unlocked.

    It works out to 300-600 dps, not enough to be consequential in the grand scheme.
    Just because you don't like the way something is doesn't necessarily make it wrong...

    Earn it.

    IRL'ing for a while for assorted reasons, in forum, and in game.
    I am neither warm, nor fuzzy...
    Probably has checkbox on Customer Service profile that say High Aggro, 99% immunity to BS
