I would like to premptively thank ZOS for the steroids it clearly will be feeding my Magplar in a week and a half.

The 2 item bonus on staves is a godsend. It’s quite normal for me to see a 7000 point dip in Magicka when I swap from sword and board to my destro staff, but this will take care of quite a bit of that gap.

And speaking of my destro staff, as a relentless heavy attacker with intentionally low regen, making my HAs regain more Magicka is fantastic.

Oh ... and now it even scales on max Magicka better.

I’m sure a lot of people will get angry at the nerfs, but not me. Here’s to you ZOS. Thank you for making my summer extremely OP. Should be fun!

Assuming pvp: if someone blocks, that extra magicka gain is void.

I'd be excited too except Sorc changes are pony. And its death for MagDW.

Bar the one slot Aegis which we did ask for for some time. But...that blocking buff

Excited about Cyrodiil review tho and changes there.

While my regen is low, most of my abilities give me back resources so it balances out.

Also, in terms of PVP, I still run Ice Comet because even though holding block should be a basic thing by now, it still smashes more than 50% of the people I shoot it at. Haha. It’s quite surprising how few people actually block.

Hahahaha ... I main 3 templars ... All destined for the bin thanks to the summerset patch ... I will stay play my main Templar only cos I want to try do everything on one character ... I don't want to have to start tracking up my achievement all over again

Hey THEDK, have you read JWillCHS post yet on Magplar yet?

I am legit excited. Both of those Psijic skills seem to really compliment Magplar.

I just read it over. Some of this stuff looks crazy. The Ultimate - essentially going back through time 4 seconds - will be OP if it works as it sounds. I can instantly think of about 100 scenarios where I would effectively YOLO into 10 people, attack like crazy, and then pop that when I’m at like 10% health only up reappear and beam the crap out of someone who thought I was dead.

There are so many insanely effective things that can be done with Magplars beyond “stand in place and be a heal bot” that people are scared to try through fear of ridicule it’s silly.

Give the sword and board a try instead of duel wield. You can put an extra armor glyph on your shield for, effectively, a free thousand something point magic bonus. The added armor doesn’t suck either.

Thanks I'll have take offer. It's just want keep my retro for healing bar though. But if I switch to snb (insofar duel wield)for dps, that would probably make me survive more. Against lvl 5 npc guards in Cyrodiil. As long I keep my restro for healing (has to be restro due to me kbps playing) I'll be happy to wear SnB

It's near impossible and well very frustrating yesterday when fishing and scouting on map at fishing hole. While my PvP group members having fun in Video and hear them laughing. I'm stuck playing Shor. But they love me and surprise I keep being a good Scout in PvP and want more like me. Also failed to mention Shor was all red and I volunteer to stay Shor. To keep watch in campaign while fishing.

I use top level invisible plus speed potions for this. I actually don’t travel anywhere in Cyrodiil without them equipped. You definitely want to brew your own but it’s a serious undertaking so maybe not.

Off of memory it’s Namira’s Root, I think Wormwood and something else. Sorry not in front of my console. I’m sure you can Google it. The invisibility lasts about 10 seconds and the speed about 45 (or until you attack something).

I'll try brewing my own though. I want lvl all my crafting on my main healer. Gives me something to do besides fishing. I'll Google the recipes though, no worries about not being on console

Healers are always needed and templar is bis here. Don't have dps gear on mine.
