New personal best I just have to get stupidly lucky with crits

. I have no idea how people get such ridiculous numbers

Notes: I have 300 Ping, this is completely self buffed on a 3K dummy. Also there is an annoying weapon swap bug where I get locked in animations that I have to block cancel.

Set up
Julianos, Burning Spellweave (gold rings), Vulkan Skoria. 5-1-1 Light Med Heavy.
Weapons: Golded, Infused Fire and Nirnhoned Bezerker (no poison). Gear: Purple Divines, all magicka enchants
Witchmothers brew and Spellpower Pots (Mag + Sorcery)

Bar 1: Engulfing Flames, Burning Embers, Molten Whip (yeah that one), Elemental Blockade, Inner light, Dragonknight standard
Bar 2: Eruption, flames of oblivion, Beast trap, elemental drain, inner light, elemental rage.

Elemental blockade is on my front bar so I don't have to bar swap so often to apply it.

Congrats! Nice job! I know that feeling of exuberance after hitting those dps goals. I've never been able to break 24k on a 3 mil. Put me in a dungeon where I'm killing adds, dodging stupid, flames, spells, closing portals, and 30-40k one shots, and I get consumed by suckage.

Congrats, you have been promoted to level 2. 35k, you can do it.

Also, it might be a bug, but it looks like you have major Sorcery up 100% but major prophecy up only 25%. Are you running spell power pots? How are you getting these buffs?

Well I have inner light slotted..which unless something changed gives major prophecy.

So I only made spell power pots with Mag and Sorcery.

That has to be a bug... inner light is not registering but flames of oblivion is.

Well i can gold out my gear... and see what that does... and find a light grothdar shoulder which I believe does more damage than skoria.

I think a lot of people will hit 30k now.

On the PTS, without changing anything from before Summerset I had an easy 4k increase in DPS on the dummy. Those Light Attacks hit so much harder now. Also true 5-5-2 setups on both bars helps too.

On my Magplar I can now hit 35k with crafted/non-trials gear, 100% self-buffed.

Yeah, that must be a bug. If you have IL on both bars, you should have the buff 100%. Just wanted to be sure you werent missing something obvious

Some will call it cheese, but if you really care about the number, you will do better with Lover. I dont view it as cheese because you can certainly parse more in a proper group with apprentice than you can with lover alone, but that is a different debate.

Yes because you'll have penetration in raid that you won't on your own.

You miss a few Light attacks: 52 LA in a 99sec parse is very few, so I'd advise you squeeze in more of them! They are stronger than ever. LA -> skill, nothing else. That will probably net you over 2k dps

, Makes light attacking really hard, probably the hardest thing to get right.

I suspect I cancel half my light attacks casting the next spell. I know that if I play my nightblade I can't get the bow to fire at a reasonable rate.
