Crashing only minutes into playing

Ever since the update today I have started crashing minutes into playing, doesnt matter what im doing, ill freeze and cant use any abilities then it will randomly kick me to the title screen.
Any help at all would be appreciated, I have 500 hours into this game and have never had these problems
