Thanks ZoS. Encore! Encore!

Really appreciate all the hard work that went into this one.

From loading screens, to the epic music, and all the new introductions have really energized me.

Can't wait to see what's in store for the game.

More dailies in all zones would be really appreciated so I can go back and explore this wonderful game.

Recently I replayed Vvardenfell and pretty sure I noticed Barbas, Clavicus Vile's companion running near one of the ancestor tombs I was exploring. Nugget!

Thanks for adding BG to base game too as this will really help.

So many new motifs and stuff and I got me a Pony Guar from my unexpected crate!

Oh and - that cinematic trailer. I am now officially a cat person. You captured the essence of Raz down to a perfect 11/10 of Khajiit perfection!! I mean just look at how his ears twitched and stuff!

The character modelling was phenomenal out of this world - why don't you consider making short stories/ movies from these!! PLEASE {cue faint weeping in the distance}

Only downside I can think of is that some maps will be empty soon because I also prefer to walk around in paradise in stead of Cold Harbor :)

I also think the main Summerset quest is the best EVER. I enjoyed every bit of it, so much more than Morrowind, Clockwork City or Orsinium main quests.

I have to agree here. After being a little disappointed from the pts version, I'm positively surprised about the live version. Looks much more vivid. The shine on textures seems to be reduced as well, that's awesome!

I'm still not through the main quest, I found myself stuck in some awesome side quests and "looking at things" (Alinor furniture is awesome)! Plus ZOS added flowers and plants to the crown store (which were previously limited to the Dibella pack).

The only criticism I have: I was so happy to get the big eared ginger cat from the crates and now we get an achievement-version of exactly the same pet :/ hope I can at least use it twice in my houses, but it still feels...umm, well it doesn't motivate to buy crates!

I love the way the doors sound when they open and close - Kindlady's home or whatever, right at the start of the first quest. It's a different sound to regular doors in the game. Everything's gorgeous.

Summerset is amazing. The scenery, the story, all the world around is awesome. I'm especially grateful for all these new creatures, so beautiful and so meticulosly created. Their animation is just awesome. I savor the new chapter slowly, I toggle walk when in a city not to miss any precuios detail. When in wilds, I spend a lot of time watching creatures and nature.
    Thank you, ZOS!

it is taking every ounce of will power I have to stay away from Summerset I still have to get my soul back from Molag Bal and then Vivec; I am so tempted to go and take a peek.

I must say after nine years of WoW I find this game so very much a pleasant change TY Zos!

@Luthivar I believe (and someone correct me if I'm wrong) that the crate cat is an adult cat and the achievement cat is a kitten which will make them a lovely pair in your house.

I like it so far. Quests are solid, the atmosphere is awesome!
Also, quite a success in the way of showing the currents and the undercurrents of the Altmer society.

Still, to nitpick, I expected more crazy architecture, closer to how it's described in the Lore.

I'll say it again - this is out of this world. The settings are so much fun to explore. The level and attention to detail of the environments really inspiring. I'm in some creepy underground ruin/ manse thing and I'm gripped! Grr!

I'm so glad you've started this thread. I was trying to find a feedback button but couldn't find one.

I agree and absolutely love this expansion. If I'm honest, I thought I would hate it - I'm not big on the High Elf aesthetic elsewhere, but Summerset is fantastic. I love the countryside, I love the coral forests and swampy bits. I particularly love that the island feels properly lived in - with the farms and vinyards and THE ZOO(!). The towns and cities feel more populated and vibrant too.

I love the new 'things' around the place too, particularly in the Psijic Order buildings - all the bits and pieces which seem fished up from the sea, the new furniture designs, the new decorations. They've expanded the game world for me by giving hints of areas we maybe haven't been to yet, new lost cultures etc etc. Lovely!

I'm still in the process of questing so can't give comprehensive review of that but I'm enjoying it so far.

Yep, very impressed with Summerset. :)

As one of the (seemingly?) few that never played an Elder Scrolls game until a year ago Thanksgiving, I took to the Altmer straight away when creating my first character (who is still my main) and I must say that Summerset is glorious and I'm so glad to have chosen Altmer as my favorites, particularly since several of these quests have shown that not all of them are awful and haughty, but are as varied in their outlooks and viewpoints as other races. Having a great time! Thank you!

Hell I thought I was in Dragon Age's Orlais with all of the masked elves I ran into..The countryside looked great. I'm still on the fence regarding the quests.
