Did ZOS ninjanerf the Refabrication Comitee in vHoF?

Run the trial yesterday, bosses seem to have less hp, didn't get stun after the usual tresholds (70-40-20) and didn't link at all in execute phase. Execute bombers started later than I remeber too.

I've checked the patch notes but i don't see any related change to HoF other than "Improved the game performance during the encounter with the Refabrication Committee".

The overall fight is a lot easier, not much harder than craglorn trial bosses.

The Overcharging Aura of the Fabrication Committee will once again function properly.

So it was a bug.

    BTW, fps are actually much better in this fight. At least that was true.

    As far as I can tell HP is the same as last patch, the stun thing is strange and presumably a bug, I think it makes the fight more difficult if anything, used to get 4 seconds of free damage where they sat on the ground and now they just keep casting.
    Not linking in execute is pretty strange, but I can't tell if its just that the animation doesn't show or that the bosses are actually not getting empowered while close in execute. As for the bombers spawning that just seemed the same as last patch for me.

    As for the fight being a lot easier though, yesit is way easier than last patch and I think its purely down to the performance changes, the general changes with multi-core support seem to have made a huge improvement in trials everywhere and the fix to this boss has made it perform like any other trial fight now. Having normal FPS in this fight just makes everything so much easier.

    Maybe its the better fps and increased dps because light atack changes and double bonuses on staves, i don't rule that possibility out, thats why i ask :lol:

    About the stun, i think that it makes the fight easier becasue the tanks can move the bosses easier, go in and out and the chance they do the fire thingy or the fingers thingy (the bigest danger when they stack and link) is smaller. One of the problems with the stun and the free dmg is that they could relink before the tanks could pull them out.

    About execute, right now is perfectly fine stack all 3 bosses and aoe them down, we kind of did and boses were dead before i could exclaim how nerfed the fight had seemed.

    @caperon Just to clarify, you can now stack the bosses in execute on Veteran difficulty and straight AoE all of them down without any issues? ._.

    You could before this last patch (4.0.8). Now i suspect its fixed but haven't tested.
