Is it posible to reset the level up points and the Skyshard points used in the abilities/stats menu?

    Check out the Tamriel Journal here about halfway down there is a segment about resetting points.

    Yes - note that 'level up points' are known as attribute points and 'skyshard points' are known as skill points.

    In the second main area of your alliance (not inc coldharbour/starter island) there will be a sort of main city. In this city will be respec shrines where you can reset attribute and skill points, if you have enough gold.
