These are my wishes for the game. I don't see personally how these would take anything away from anyone but this is the internet so I am suspecting someone will get offended even though they would only benefit from these things. 
Most of the world does not have any sign of life and most of the world seems very dulled down. Don't get me started with the mountains that takes so much space, it seems like such a lazy thing to do for the maps. You could add so many things to make the game very lively, but you choose not to. The versatility of the world is just not there unless you count the areas you have to buy.
You could place interactive Deadric and Aedric shines across the maps. You could add more ruins and small houses or huts to fill the empty spaces and add bandits or refugees to those areas that could try to rob you. Having big wildlife pacts that are looking to catch a prey. Having access to more explorable bandit caves and mines where you could actually mine metals and other resources. Having dynamic events taking place. Example helping to defend a village or a caravan to another city. Helping to repair and aid others with small tasks example in Inns helping to serve and carry things to docks or other NPCs. Adding different and random NPC encounters when exploring the world to bring some more life other than stupid summoners.
They deserve to not to be helped and I personally find them very annoying but it still adds to the game.
Another thing you could try to add is dynamic weathers since the ones we have are pretty bad. It would also increase the graphical appearance of the game. Talking about the graphics we could use little updates related to shaders including trying to get rid of/ or change the grey "light" that dulls the colors of the world. I am not asking unnatural colors but to have more realistic colors and shaders. Having also the option to decrease the fog distance or option to remove it for good. It would really help with the atmosphere of the game.
Updating the animations to look less clunky for spell casting and spells and of course to melee skills. I am not asking to overhaul the combat to make the game feel like a different game. I am asking to make improvements and add realism to the animations and skill effects we have. Also to overhaul and retexture some of the skills to make us able to use the skills from other elder scrolls games. Having able to channel elements with hands and throw elemental orbs. Cause enemies to frenzy a little while. Adding some extra options for some of the elemental skills to be able to make them fire, ice or shock. Or sell reskins of some of the class abilities. Etc...
Would not mind for new weapon types either....
Talking about animations you could also add weapon "personalities" that gives new basic attack and wielding animation that are available from the crown store of course, side wielded two-handed, relaxed bow arm, assassin stance for dual wield, a noble stance for 1 handed and shield. etc. ( I know people have talked about this in the past, but I and so many other players really need these and many more. Get creative!)
We all know you have the budget to actually make the world better by milking us with very expensive expansions, DLC`s and crown store exclusive items and loot boxes.
The game is really expensive to play by getting all of the buyable content. But the costs of these make me really think why would they rush these things when you pay so much money for that tiny expansion? You could basically get a whole new game with more content compared to the buyable content you get for ESO. I know everything is optional from cosmetics to buyable content and it is not a problem for me to pay these things since I have the money. But I would expect more from the creators. :'( :'( :'( :'(

✭✭✭✭✭Bethesda couldn't make TES 6 for 7 years and there is no sign it will ever be released, so I doubt they'll ever re-made whole ESO world to another level of quality.. still there are good regions in base game and DLC and Morrowind/Summerset and I'm sure that Elsweyr will be amazing in the future, so I guess there is no other way to improve your experience, but to buy expansions.
Given size of this expansions in comparison to similar priced tiny 4-5 hours DLC of majority of other games - cost of ESO DLC seems more then appropriate?0 -
SixVoltCar✭✭✭Monster density is already slightly higher than is reasonable in most areas. I can't take 2 steps without the "I NOTICED YOU" sound, and I'm sick of getting dismounted every few seconds while trying to get across a zone ON A ROAD.
If you want more density, I think the Morrowind terrain style coupled with nonviolent dynamic events is the way to go-- you can't just copy paste enemies and expect me to be entertained.3 -

These wreak havoc with my potato-based onboard GPU.

That is why I suggested all my friends who doesn't own eso+ or DB, to do DB quests during free eso+ event to unlock Shadow rider passive.0
