Bug: Random Full Screen Views when you choose to log out

With my character behind the banker in Rawl'Kha bank and then I press "Esc" to get the side menu to log out I no longer see my character rotate as normal but am presented with full screen views showing mostly a view from where I was last or a sky blue with or without people/background.
btw this is not a static view as I can see players/npc's moving about
