Quickbar bugged

Was unable to use potions and repair materials in Cyrodiil. Relogging fixes the issue for some time, but it keeps reocccuring. Seems like it happens after using the same item multiple times. Had no issues using food or placing siege, probably because i don't use those things that often, but other players were complaining about issues with siege as well. Didn't test outside of PvP, so i don't know if this is related to Cyrodiil or if it happens in PvE too.

It happens in BGs too, forced to spam A to be sure that my pots being consumed

When I run in this problem I always open the quick slot wheel and take the item and set it again in the slot. I do this with all items. After this it works fine for me.

Putting items out of the quickbar and back again doesn't fix the issue. Neither does putting it on a different slot.

However, it seems like it only affects alliance war potions, repair materials and siege. Crafted potions work fine for me so far, so i guess it is somehow related to stuff that can be purchased at siege vendors.

Same here. Only since Summerset hit PC. Everything else not related to the siege vendors works fine for me.

It happens for me with PvE loot potions, only reloging seems like fixing it for me.

Happened to me too, several times in fact (this week).
