How to get digital summerset upgrade pre-purchase on PS4?

Whenever I go into the crown store to try and pre-purchase the summerset collector's edition upgrade on ps4 it says "This will log you out of the game and take you to the PSN store". It then logs out the game, loads for a couple of seconds then says " Content not currently available" and I'm just left looking at the ESO log in screen. This seems to still happen even when trying to pre-purchase just the regular version upgrade as well. Anyone had any success with this or know what I'm doing wrong? I'm on EU server of that makes a difference.

✭I had the same thing happen - raised a ticket, never even got an email response.
In order to get the STANDARD edition of both Morrowind and Summerset I had to purchase them as pre-orders off the PS Store website because they only had the Collector's Edition on the console store.
