AOE DMG reduction is already in Dual weld via quick cloak.
Here's what they should do:
- shuffle should have it's immunity to snares/immobilze increased to 8 seconds. This way medium armor builds don't need to run forward momentum, the burst heal from rally is enough of a balance.
- crit chance to surpase LA a tad. LA excels in easy penetration sources so it makes sense MA should hold easier gained crit chance.
- add more Sprint cost reduction.
Then it should be on part with light armor.

Example: change 12% wep dmg agility to 3% wep dmg per peice 5pc gets 15% wep dmg and can mix in some heavy for per peice constitution also. Or go solid medium for 19% wep dmg bonus. It would allow us to mix it up and have things like 3/4 armor builds rather than the normal 2/5 and let us get usage out of undaunted passives easier.
