Weapon swap trouble

Hi, I am on Xbox one. I’ve tried to set up the weapon swap and isn’t working. I’m Level 28. I equip my stuaf in Main hand and
Also back up. When I go to skills the Y button For weapon swap is grayed out. I am unable to switch between skill sets. Help?

You need to equip a weapon on both bars if you want to swap.

Yup I go to inventory and select weapon for main and backup. Then I go to skill. Y is greyed out. What next?

I take it your using controller setup C for weapon swap putting it on y? If so just to confirm u are holding Y for a moment correct? Its y for skill and y (hold) to weapon swap

I Am unable to get a second bar set up. So it’s not really about swapping in battle as it is just getting a second bar with second skills chosen. When I go to skills menu it shows “Y: weapon swap” But it is dark and you can’t press it and nothing happens. So I’m just stuck to the one skill bar.

First you need two weapons ... One on main hand one on main hand back up

If you unequip all weapons you will see 4 hand slots for weapons ... You need to equip 1st n 3rd slot for 2 handers and all 4 for 1 handers

Bar swapping shouldn't be an issue then

Reason you can't afford skills in menu you when you see y to swap is that you either don't have weapons in slot 1 or 3

I see the problem. I was trying to equip the same weapon in each hand. I had heard on YouTube you can do that. But it looks like I have to have two different weapons. Thank you everybody!
