I am afraid to even try. Has anyone else with a Steam linked account can confirm it is safe to login with this weird questionnaire login screen?

Who said anything about being hacked? I assumed zos changed login procedure with the Summerset and forgot we Steam users existed. I have a Steam Linked Account (PC-NA) and I can CONFIRM WE ARE NOW ABLE TO LOGIN to the game. We will get a Summerset pre-loading screen that looks like this (is skipable):
