PC/NA Requesting Character Load Issue

I've had this happen once before, before Clockwork City. I couldn't log in for three months. I log in, get to character select, select a character and it sits at "Requesting Character Load" for about two minutes before it errors out and says "An error has occurred. Please wait a few minutes and log in again."

This has been going on for 30 minutes. It also happens across all four of my alts on my account. Please fix this so I can log in and play the game. I've restarted my client multiple times now, it did not help.

    Update; I have attempted a Repair and a Force update -- No luck.Still not working.

    I'm on PC EU! Exactly the same thing happening to me !! :(

    I have now been kicked from the game by a messed up server no less than FOUR times.

    and now I can't get back online. Internet's fine on my end...

    Say NO to Crown Crates. Crown Crates are Loot Boxes. Loot Boxes are gambling. Zenimax makes enough money off us.
    ESO+ is part of the "Games as a service" trend. A trend that needs to die. Subscribe only when you need Crowns for DLC.
    Say no to "radiant" junk quests replacing proper side content and the dumbing down of our favorite franchises.

    It took an overnight complete reinstall, however, I have finally connected.
