Missing the speed bonus from concealed weapon

I am playing on the NA server on a windows 10 pc. the first time playing my nightblade after the summerset patch and concealed weapon speed bonus doesn't seem to be applying. I am not faster when I use dark cloak. didn't see any other posts about this issue so I thought I would throw it out there. the only reason I use concealed weapon is the speed bonus so it seems useless at the moment. I know its not working like it used too but not sure if this is on purpose or not. Just letting y'all know

✭✭✭✭Dark Cloak no longer makes you invisible (now only the Shadowy Disguise morph does that), meaning it no longer procs the increased movement speed provided by Concealed.7-day PVP campaign regular 2016-2019, Flawless Conqueror. MagDK/stamplar/stamwarden/mageblade. Requiem, Legend, Knights of Daggerfall. Currently retired from the wars; waiting on performance improvements.0 -
