High Ping after Summerset patch

As a player outside NA I've always dealt with high ping (250-340 SEA) but after Summerset patch yesterday, it feels like I'm playing at EU server which is 323 ping avg. Am I the only one experiencing this? Heck! even Cyrodill had better pings at 3 bars prior patch but atm it's pretty bad even in PvE areas.

    Same here. Pinging higher than average. Expected for at least a week or so...

    That’s considered a high ping? I’m in NA and I’m always at 250ish under normal circumstances in PvE areas, let alone during a DLC release.

    It goes to 600 when running around in Cyrodill atm, this was taken near shrine.
