I love the Psijic order and the NPC's, fantastic job ZOS

after dealing with morrowind and the telvanni (dark elves are now my least favorite race thanks to that expansion) I was not looking forward to another group of high and mighty wizards.
BOY WAS I WRONG
the first introduction with that NPC lady (forget her name atm) and she has been nothing but pleasant and respectful really surprised me (even down to the voice actress who nailed it), but then visiting with them and realizing for the most part that she was just an introduction to how they all act has been wonderful.
meeting with them and learning about them has turned someone who really didn't know anything about the order (nor do I play spell casters really) into a big fan of the psijic order.
so great job ZOS, you nailed them and even the terrible parts of the psijic skill line were made better by dealing with the order.
(and shout out to an amazing crystal skull that was voice acted to perfection and had some great dialogue that made the terrible grind worth it)

✭✭✭✭✭its a different NPC in the big tower, hes in the main room on the left-ish? side
he gives you a quest to close time breaks and you get it as part of that, and level it in the same quest chain

Queen's Decree takes you to Artaeum at some point, there you need to talk to the Loremaster in Ceporah Tower.
It doesn't go together with the main questline.PC|EU1 -
RedRook✭✭✭✭Agree on all points. I'm going to be sorry when I have no more reasons to talk to the Psijics. The Loremaster is everything I wish Vanus Galerion had been.1 -
