Unable to Reinstall ESO from Account Download

I have had a very frustrating 24 hours. I had to restore my Windows 10 system yesterday morning. Once restored everything on my computer worked except for ESO. I got, and keep getting, the Fatal Error 11. I tried everything in the Knowldege Base and finally uninstalled the game, downloaded it again from the account page and tried to reinstall. The Updating screen seemed to be stuck at about 90% and after 24 hours I cancelled the installation. Again I uninstalled the program and restarted my computer. I again downloaded the client from my account page. When I ran the installer the Updating screen cleared immediately and took me to the Launcher. When I clicked on the Launcher, Error 11 happened again.Other than trying to reinstall from my 4 year old original disk, I do not know what to do.

If I am unable to solve this issue, I will leave the game permanently. I have already cancelled my ESO Plus Membership since it would have renewed tomorrow with a charge to my credit card. Games are supposed to be fun not a 24 hour unsolvable aggravation. I hope someone in Tech Support would give me some advice and direction before I pull the plug completely.

Unfortunately I did not get any help here or anywhere else but solved my problem myself. It was not a pleasant experience and reminded of just how bad support is in ESO.

The other day I had an exchange with ESO support when I inquired about my shadercache file being almost 200mb on Mac when my buddy on PC has a file of 10mb.

After a few days of waiting I get a message that says please send a screen shot of your specs and system report. So I send them this info. Then they reply with sorry your system does not meet the minimum requirements. I point out to them that it does in fact meet the minimum requirements and then some. Their response was something to the effect of, oh yeah our mistake but oh yeah we can’t help you with your question that file is the developers department. And then a copy and pasted troubleshoot for lowering latency lol.
