Scalecaller Motifs Not Dropping

However we did not recieve any Motifs.

We should have each received a guaranteed motif drop.
As the Style Material is out and active.

    Not necessarily. I remember Wormcult style mats dropping if you deconned a drop piece in that style before the anniversary event began. I don't know what "shortly after launch" means for time frame. I'm just pointing out there's precedent for one to appear before the other.

    The wording on the patch notes is a bit ambiguous; it says 'shortly after the launch', which puzzles me: why 'shortly after' and not 'right after' the release? Maybe it means that motifs will start dropping with console release?
