    I'm currently at 20% and it's been downloading for about 3 or 4 hrs.. It is very slow, but I'm giving ZOS a break as Summerset is probably the most anticipated DLC yet.

    Just to encourage you, I found once it got past 25% it sped up enormously!

    For me it was 33% and then it sped up and finished quickly.

    Yep, mines at 18% after about an hour and a half. Download is definitely slower than usual today, going at between 1.3MB/s and 1.45MB/s. Kind of the standard when a new Chapter/DLC releases, though.

    I think that thing sucks at puppying more than your download speed sucks at downloadening.
