Pre ordered Physical CE from Amazon March 29. Received email code today, entered into account shows entered on billing page. Entered game received all the goodies. However, no quest for Summerset and in game shows NO Summerset access. Unable to fast travel via guild member. Asks me to upgrade to Summerset which takes me back to acct page when re entering code results in "invalid code"..
