As far as actual damage numbers and DPS, meh. All I can say is I like to weave heavy attacks and will keep doing that. I seriously doubt this will change things in practice.
Nerfing both light and heavy attacks for 2h weapons seems counter-intuitive to Devs professed desire to make 2h weapons a more viable option. Sure, now 2h weapons count as two items for set bonuses, but it seems fairly obvious that reducing basic attack damage for 2h weapons will reduce the overall dps output and viability of using a 2h weapon, rather than dual wield. As someone who loves using 2h weapons, this is disconcerting, and not at all what I was expecting with combat balance changes.
