Cannot get Summerset to instal with Steam

I bought the game this morning, had no problem installing the new launcher and trailer showed, but the Upgrade will not install and shows "uninstalled" on Steam with the same on my account in-game. I do have one of those new crates though? I've done the repair, exited in/out of steam, restarted my computer. At a loss as to what to try next.

Are you getting a specific error message when trying to install the upgrade?
You can try deleting the launcher folder at C:\Program Files (x86)\Zenimax Online\Launcher and then downloading a new launcher from the account page. Please let us know if that helps to get Summerset installed.The Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited - ZeniMax Online Studios
