maybe a better suggestion would be enabling some sort of PvE mode that made PvE players "invisible" to PvP'ers and unable to take part in any PvP content - so that the only thing available would be the dungeons and town quests.

Similar to my invisible wall suggestion. I also would love this concept. I just want to be able to wander these areas without engaging in PvP, I don't want the rewards for free that people who PvP a lot get. Honestly that was my biggest gripe about Cyrodiil from the beginning. I get lore wise why there should be PvP in the zone, the throne is up for grabs, it's a time of upheaval. I don't personally want hard rewards for nothing, I just want to be able to stop, enjoy the scenery and take a few screenshots without getting ganked. :P

This message should be taken as example. He learned to love pvp, people should learn with this guy instead of bashing pvp.
