[BUG] HP down by 2k in cyrodill?

My HP on my build was 60.0k when I logged off yesterday and now when I log back in my HP is at 58.4k. Were did my juicy HP go 
EDIT: After retaking my buffood my health went down to 57.9k

I noticed the same thing when I went into Cyrodiil. I had 24.2k before the update and 23.6 after. I now noticed that the extra 5000 health we get for pvp is no longer being buffed by % bonuses. Look at your health bar in and out of Cyrodiil and see if the difference is exactly 5000. Not sure if that was intended as I found no mention of it in the patch notes when I searched "health." Would be nice to get some clarification on that since every bit of health in pvp matters.2 -

FakeZavos✭✭✭✭So apperently the issue is in the fact that Battle Spirit doesnt scale with otger health pools anymore (wich it used to do). Im not sure if this change was intentional or by accident because of most things being client calculated now and battle spirit still server calculated (atleast, thats my best guess)
