Need help with suppot ticket

I had submitted a ticket a few days ago but yesterday I changed my UserID and the ticket disappeared, so I had to submit a new one and I have a feeling I am on the bottom of the pile again :0

    When I use the Ask for Help option, it typically takes about a day in between responses.

    It might help to post your ticket # here so maybe a ZOS rep can see it and help out.
