No because nothing and i mean nothing would ever get me to PvP again.. and no i wont pay 2k crowns to get whats in there..
I would rather die in real life than ever have to deal with PvP again.
Id pay 3500 if i could opt out of PvE, get all the skyshards (idk, double, i got them already), get all the achievements and skills.
Makes sense? Not really, but maybe?
Lul.

I'm no expert at pvp but sometimes i like to hop there. Also the part of where you could be in danger while getting skyshards and delving or questing is ok.
Agreed but for everyone there are 4 skyshards that a real pain to get and its the ones locked behind the scroll gates for the two opposing factions.... its a nightmare as it requires keeps to unlock so you have to be on at the right time when your faction is able to push that hard.
Tbh...they should just move those 4 skyshards locked behind enemy gates too somewhere on the map, the scrolls are why people unlock those gates not the skyshards.. *sigh*

However how about something like safe mode from GTA - for those who don’t know about GTA and safe mode, basically in an online session a player can open up a quick menu and select an option called safe mode which means that the griefers can’t touch them - the balance to this is that this player cannot become a CEO or Motorcycle club chief, meaning this player cannot run any of their businesses while in safe mode.
Now in ESO we obviously don’t have businesses, CEO, MCC’s, etc. A couple of ideas to balance this -
1. Auto-disables when near a keep/resource that’s under siege - players who are just PVE-ing should not have any business near a keep/resource - towns however are a different story (no idea how to balance it around towns, well unless zenimax undo their mistake and remove the PVP element from towns since they are quest hubs) - also within IC it would auto-disable if the player goes near a flag (The auto-disable zone would have to be small, so maybe just the area where the flag sits?)
2. If the player decides to disable in order to attack an enemy then safemode is disabled for the duration of the session for that one player. (This option seems a little harsher but it reduces the chance of players using safe mode as an exploit to gank)
3. If the player has a PVP quest (bounty boards, scroll quests etc.) then safemode is auto-disabled until these quests are handed in.
4. Costs 0 crown per use, however could cost I dunno say 5k in gold? - in GTA this mode is free (both virtual and real world money) - gold cost needs to be low enough that PVE players will be able to pay the toll, yet high enough that PVPers may think twice about using it to exploit.
5. There would have to be a visual cue to let players know they’re in safe mode - GTA makes the player transparent/see through
Sorry for the unusually long post - Also just want to point out that there’s probably better ways to balance this idea out I just typed the first ideas that came to mind.
