2. You're talking about MIATS - MIATS was made redundant ages ago.
3. PVP performance is fine. The game is playable - fix or upgrade your rig/connection.

I myself don't favor animation canceling, especially in PvP. But at this point Zos either won't, or most likely can't, remove it without breaking the combat system.
It's probably here to stay. I'm learning how to do it more and more everyday, mostly because I want to be competitive. If Zos wanted to, or could, take out animation canceling, they would have by now. That's not me for it, it's just the reality of things.
If I remember right, winning a campaign used to translate to overland, or having the emperor buff did....something like that. But it gave far too much of an advantage, and instead of playing what you wanted, you played a character that had that advantage, and min/max'ers were using that in trials far too often. Could be wrong, but I think that's why it changed. Still, I agree, something would be nice, like a 2% increase gold drop, or a better chance for loot upgrade.

I have several expectations this coming expansion.
1/Since ZOS clearly demonstrated that "weaving" would be a vital part of our DPS & Res recovery ,
I hope they do ban animation cancelling.
Why? Many reasons to that ; the mechanics are based on said animations , so skipping them is a form
of exploit and cheat TBH.Also, these minor tweaks allow cheaters to stack light attacks without you being able
to properly block them since you cant see them!
Yes, a lot will say its allowed , but considering the mechanics will be enforced , I'm pretty sure this shouldnt be allowed.
Frankly, if your DPS depends on animation cancelling, you are a fraud and just exploit a loophole!
In all honesty , I'm sure that if it becomes subject to Ban , you will see a general DPS meltdown...since most seem
to relish on using exploits rather then skills to play...lets be honest : a game, a game people cant be bothered playing properly.lol

Since when do people need cues as to when to block , roll , dodge etc????
It seems this current generation of players is so lazy they cant be bothered into learning
mechanics and ingame cues, trust me , there are plenty.
Parsers , another great elitist tool , new players already live by the numbers to achieve greatness
rather then actually learning how to play.Now, instead of finding a decent/useful DD'S , you get a number crusher
that couldnt care less about teamplay.I would choose a versatile and proactive/reactive DD over one that loathes himself
on high numbers but that couldnt be bothered into doing the mechanics or be supportive.
I am not saying parsers should be out of the question, but they shouldnt be in a grouped instance.
You want to see your numbers and brag? Sure, hit your dummy and tell us how well you did, because in the end
what matters is how smooth the run was!

3/Cyrodiil and all PVP instances.
So many things going wrong right now, from cheaters to ingame exploits being wildly used ...
yet ZOS wonders as to why it is so laggy , glitchy and sometimes more of a pain then fun to participate in a campaign.
Easy , too many exploits, cheaters and addons overloading w crap data the current servers.
Also , since winning a campaign bears no actual consequences into the open world, it feels utterly
pointless to win...Even when my faction wins , I see no reasons to rejoice!
There should be real incentives, not gold or items, but events or instances , something that would be available
to said given faction for a month once they win...Just saying, lots of possibilities , yet nothing is done.
Alright, now imma get my head crushed by trolls , cheats and lazy players for suggesting removing
animation cancellation.
Well , so be it!
I have no qualms in saying I prefer playing fairly and the way the game is intended ; with its FULL MECHANICS!!!
I do hope some people are still willing to enjoy a game for what it is rather then what they want it to be!
Myself included, perhaps im deluded, but I still think ZOS cares enough bout their game to make drastic changes
and make it fair...for everyone!
