Lets say i am in a group or solo around a group. Will i not get the heal most of the time or does it heal me plus one ally? Just wasnt sure if it shoots off and heals another person instead of me. Thanks

✭It's definitely worth getting it and levelling to max, one of the most interesting abilities for mag DK if you asked me, I use it on both bars - because of the Major Prophecy passive, and strong heal over time. The way this ability thinks for me is great, if I don't need healing, some other player is healed so the tick is not wasted.
