I had a little spare gold so I paid off some extras to star in my video. I told them they were auditioning for Walking Dead as zombies, so they had to shuffle around and not do much.

Thanks! I've been alternating between a few of my characters, and slowly collecting footage. I don't think magplar videos are necessarily the most exciting to watch, which is why I haven't been doing the videos much as of late. Plus I'm pretty picky with what clips I use - if I posted every successful 1v1 and 1v2 the video would be way too long

Every time I see a magplar turn around a fight with Bats (or do it myself) I wish something like that skill were native to a Templar skill line. Wardens get to have it without taking massively more damage from DBOS and DKs; templars need something similar.

Bats is great for those 1vx situations where most of your opponents are going melee. I've recently switched to 1h/shield and using the Spell Wall ult. I find the biggest issue is getting hit with all the ranged attacked (ie. snipe).

The Spell Wall ult is similar to bats in that it reduces damage taken (from both the block mechanism and the reflect), and it damages people hitting me with ranged attacks. Popping a Spell Wall ult often nearly takes out a few of my opponents from them spamming ranged attacks. It's also great when misting away, giving you more damage reduction and reflections.

Another reason I haven't been using bats much lately is that it's a bit redundant with Dawnbreaker - both are AoE damage, one stuns and one heals, but both are more offensive ults while Spell Wall is mainly a defensive one (with offensive perks). Still, I tend to switch back and forth between using both ults based on my mood.

Solid vid and build. Nearly the same I use on on my magplar. One of the best 2v5-7 builds. If you ever run with a guard tank with the crit morph you'll be addicted. It's so good for the life leech style build of jabs/bats.

Ya know I have to apologize I meant for that to read not impressed by opposition but sure nice video … I shouldn't post late at night. I really was not trying to be negative.

No worries. Most of the time these 1vx situations are only possible when the opposition isn't that impressive. Fighting just 1v2 against good players (or even 1v1) often results in a non-video clip (ie. my death).

I heard having a pocket guard tank can be quite brutal, but I think if I used one too often I would get spoiled and have withdrawal symptoms if I ever tried to PvP without one
