i know-i came from EU where it began at 300- and degraded to 400, was forced to re-roll everything (id gotten to max cp on EU - but it had become unplayable from my small town called sydney, australia) -
to NA which was 250 a year ago to now 350. location is one thing- but so are their servers-. quiet times and certain zones have low pings-which to me shows there is potential for good pings- despite location. they are simply unaware or unwilling to invest in (technical jargon incoming) "better ***". why sell, and advertise a game to a market such as australia ( i mean summerset - its on the side of buses here.) when it simply doesn't work!?!?

i pay you guys 15 bucks a month- the same as what i pay netflix. isn't it safe to assume we would receive a comparable level of performance and service? its a joke. i tried fortnite the other day, not my cup of tea- but the pings we 40. i spat out my tea. the difference between 300 and 200 in ping is often 5k dps, being able to CC break before an incap, and essentially being a good end gamer to being average. as someone who is in end game hm trial cores, etc- its a horrible disadvantage and makes the game unbearable and unfair to not only us- but our fellow players.

moreover the game is simply unplayable and unenjoyable like this. asia , oceania and australia deserve their own server or sub server. if not then fix what you have and add more hamsters to the wheel.


not saying anything new , but to fellow aussies- apologies - and thnx for letting me rant guys. . very frustrated obviously and disappointed. a game this old should be performing better over time not worse.
