    Yes, anyone that plays at aest times (Australian eastern standard time).
    I really like fallout and the "brotherhood of steel" so wanted to put a aussie twist to it so brotherhood of 'bogans' was made, and when in a tag it gets shortened to BoB. Nice and easy to remember :)
