Buying Summerset - Currency Conversion

I want to buy Summerset, BUT, I do not want to pay in Euros, I want to buy it in US Dollars...In my currency, converted to Euro vs Dollar, the Dollar works out cheaper, I'll rather prefer to buy in US Dollar as I can save some money (maybe the saving can be converted to crowns) ( THANK YOU DONALD for the crowns, I hope....)
The problem I have is that the store only takes me to Euro transaction, why cant I buy in Dollars? or have a choice? The price of Summerset is 39-00 Euros or 39-00 Dollars, or 29-00 for the upgrade, but the Dollar is weaker than the Euro, thus a saving for me...
OR am I being too stingy re the saving I can have?
Irrespective, I will still buy Summerset today, but would have loved the saving on the US Dollar transaction.............

    It probably won't work if you buy directly from ZOS because your country of residence is attached to your account.

    Also depends where you live as well some states / countries banned VPNing and you can get fined or jailed

    No! Really. I used to do the VPN thing to pay for game related stuff with the idea in mind that applicable taxes would be paid in the country where payment was taken. I also used to have a law student in my wider social circle (not close) who told me that, just to be sure, it would be best for me to drop that practice.

    I really do not know anything about law or how tax works in your neck of the woods. Just thought I'd share my experience.

    they will change your country
