I'ld love to see "themed" panoramas... like a redguard one that would portray the beautiful locations of the Alik'r Desert.
Same could be done with Wrothgar, old places with new perspective, maybe.

The worst part in doing panoramas is you never know if you'd succeed in the end. It's not screenshot, it's a mixture: you can't see what would you get.
Soft can mismatch photos or even break the obvious order. Sometimes it can be lucky like in the Doom's panorama when it's done a bit new perspective. But that's a lucky shot.
Most of the time after panorama is merged it goes to the trash after observing it. Some weeks ago I's got 17 sorted panoramas after 35 created at the Battlefield 1. That was so great I twiced my efforts only to get 10 sorted panoramas out of 75)
And not all sorted ones are reworked to some final picture and published. It's really hard to predict if I'd get 2 good panoramas after 25 panoramas done or not. That's why thematic panoramas are hard to do.
And now the worst part. 4 years ago ESO was one of the greatest lands to explore with some great graphics.
Now it looks old and at supreme textures after some wrong patch shows me 30 fps (60 stable earlier) what is really bad for playing so I don't take panoramas while usual playthrough. At the same time there are more and more game with better scenery, colors and stability using same PC.
Even Crysis 3 looks better than ESO at current state.
And some games are done to make panoramas.
In conclusion.
1. Creating panoramas takes a lot of time and doesn't guarantee any success.
2. ESO looks older and works worser.
