Windhelm - Large Visual Glitch on House Next to The Adept's Retreat

The snow atop the roof of a house just south west of The Adept's Retreat, before the stairs, is bugged. The snow on top of the building acts erratically when you walk by it.

Note, the wood working building has this glitch as well in Windhelm.

They fixed it in one patch. It reappeared in the next patch. It is an ongoing struggle to fix permanently.
