I don't think it was mentioned in the video so.... does the order of the pins matter? From what I can tell, it doesn't seem to.

No, it doesn't matter, just take the pins down any order you want.

I hated lockpicking in Beta lol. Idk if it was cause of my latency or not but I'd release just as it shook and it would still fail for me :'(
