New Arctic Wind Heal and Frozen Gate Damage?

I’m thinking about investing in Arctic Blast and Frozen Gate when Summerset hits because they made some improvements on those skills.

Does anyone know How muc healing Arctic Wind does or howmuch Damage Frozen Gate Deals?

I believe Arctic Wind now heals for 12% plus 10% over time, they may have buffed the hot to 12% as well.

Arctic blast deals 4% of your max health as frost damage every 2 seconds for 10 seconds (5 ticks, or a total of 20% of your max health as damage). On a 40k health warden tank, it's about 1600 damage every 2 seconds before modifiers like champion points. On my 37k health warden at cp600~, it's around 2100 damage per tick and comes out to roughly 1000 dps.

Not 100% positive on frozen gate, but I think I heard from pts players that it was around 8k damage average.
