Are All the Side Quests still available after completing Molag Bol

hey guys,
So I've just completed MB and the first main quest. I didn't do any unnecessary side quests and focused strictly on that. I'm only a level 25 Nightblade focused on Duel Weild. just defeated MB (who I think was too easy and needs to be more difficult considering who he is) and am now on Caldwells Silver thing.
Can I go back and complete all the Side Quests that I didn't complete before defeating MB?? I don't want to have missed out.

✭✭✭✭✭Yes, you'll still be able to complete even the Coldharbor quests that you didn't do the first time. They'll still be there to do later, even if you beat Molag Bal into submission.0
