Do Alteration Mastery staves come in charged?

I've been looking all over for an Ebonheart Pact-styled lightning staff of Alteration Mastery that's charged, but I've been unable to find one -- I'm starting to think that it simply doesn't come in that trait.

I know that some people will tell me to just change the trait, but 1. I'd prefer to save transmutation stones for gear I can't buy, like monster helms, and 2. I'm very picky.

We have the item listed in our sales database so at least it exists. Unfortunately, no recent listings for the item (check on TTC as well).

But yeah, basically what the last guy said, just check Tamriel Trade Centre about once a day, it's a great website.

The drop rate is so low on specific traits that you’ll really want to transmute any lightning staff to the right trait.

Otherwise, you’re looking at spending 500k+ AP on a lot of Alteration Mastery items for decon.

You can, of course, get lucky at the town merchant. But, 50 transmute stones is a sure thing ... versus RNG the other method.

Just transmute it. It’s not difficult to obtain transmutation stones.

Maybe because even if they find them, people don't bother listing them on guild stores. If you want to go for status effect, infused + glyph is much better, since it also has a higher damage; enchants have by far the highest chance of applying status effects.
