Is Virgar the Red from The Harvest Heart quest the Blood Matron? Or just another one alike?

✭✭I have a feeling she was originally supposed to be Lamae - same voice, both described as "Nedic", etc - but someone realised they couldn't have her as both a potentially killable quest boss and an unkillable story NPC in the vampire initiation.2 -
Well, voice is not an argument there, this voice is actually very common in "nordic women" characters. It's not so many voice actors in this game but their skill compensate that.
In the rest of it I agree, that make sense.0
