I just did some farming to get some set Jewelry for a build I'm setting up, but it's all low quality. I was wondering if, when Summerset comes out, I'll be able to upgrade it myself at the crafting station. If not, I'll have to farm the set all over again, and the thought of that makes me feel like I just wasted my time.

I heard jewelry obtained prior to the expansion can't be deconstructed, just wondering if that's the same for improving it as well.
